The name and password of the 2.4Ghz WiFi should not contain special character 4. The WiFi name should NOT be hidden For the camera 1. It needs to be plugged in to work 2. It must be installed within WiFi distanceFor yourself You should know how to set the name and password of your WiFi How to connect the camera to the network 1. Make sure the WiFi meet the above requirements 2. Connect your phone to your 2.4Ghz WiFi 3. Download the specified App on your Phone, sign up by an email address 4. Open the App, click + then choose [Smart wireless mode] 5. Power on the camera within WiFi distance. Reset it and wait until the red indicator blinks. Tap[Next] 6. Follow the instructions in the App. The App will take some time to connect the camera to the network via sound wave Why is the image delayed /black or the camera offline?
